In response to the growing awareness of systemic racism, lots of wounds and cross-cultural traumas are surfacing particularly in workplace environments - bubbling up to be healed. We are searching for understanding that runs deeper than our societal constraints. What our hearts are truly desiring is "Soul" Justice and not just "Social" Justice.
